When Should I Contact Hercules Worldwide?
You should try to contact Hercules Worldwide in a reasonable amount of time before your expected move out date. Some people even book with Hercules Worldwide a year or more before their move; which is an excellent way to prepare for your relocation. Try to avoid booking last minute moves. Hercules Worldwide has the manpower and resources to pull last minute moves off; but they may be more stressful for the customer. Ideally you should contact Hercules Worldwide at least 3 to 4 months before your planned move out date.

What information should I provide my estimator?
If you would like to receive the most accurate estimate possible, you should provide your estimator with as many details as possible. Take note of all furniture, appliances, number of boxes, vehicles, fragile items, and so on that you wish to relocate. Give specific details regarding dimensions of all furniture and appliances; this information will help your estimator provide you with the most accurate rate possible.

Will Hercules Worldwide be able to pack for me?
Yes, the Hercules Worldwide team will be able to pack up some of your belongings. Upon your request, we will disassemble, wrap, pack, and reassemble any of your large furniture. Hercules Worldwide will also pack or specially crate any of your fragile items. You will be responsible for packing up items such as clothes and other personal items, but the team at Hercules Worldwide will do the rest.
